Fresh View collects only the information needed to answer quote requests, schedule service, and protect the form from spam.

Information collected
The quote form asks for your name, mobile phone number, service address, window-cleaning choice, number of stories, and an optional rough window count. The form also sends basic technical information needed for spam protection and request security.
How it is used
Trevor uses this information to respond to your request, ask follow-up questions, prepare a price, schedule service, and complete the work. Fresh View does not sell quote information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Services that process the request
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Pages and Turnstile process the request and help block automated spam. Resend sends the quote notification email to Fresh View. These providers process information under their own service and privacy terms.
How long it is kept
Fresh View does not currently maintain a separate quote-request database. Quote notification emails are generally kept for up to 24 months so Trevor can follow up and maintain ordinary business records. Information may be kept longer when reasonably needed for payment records, a dispute, or a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask what information Fresh View has about your request, correct it, or request deletion. Some information may need to be kept when required for an active job, payment record, dispute, or legal obligation.
Security
Fresh View uses encrypted connections and limits access to the services used for quote requests. No internet service can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive financial, identity, or medical information through the quote form.
